In this sermon, Pastor Geoff preaches on the unfathomable riches of Jesus Christ (Eph 3.8b). This sermon is more of a thematic, topical message that shows forth the glories and excellencies of Jesus Christ.
We see that He is unfathomably glorious in 4 spheres...
1. in his PERSON
2. in his PERFECTIONS
3. in his PROPITIATION
4. in his PROMISES
Pastor Geoff provides biblical counsel from Revelation 21:3 where John says that the tabernacle of God will be among men in the new heavens and the new earth. This must be a powerful motivation for believers to live holy lives, to be consecrated to Christ, and to flee from all forms of sexual sin.
In this sermon, Pastor Geoff preaches Joshua 23 which is Joshua's farewell discourse to the people of Israel calling them to remember God's past deeds and cling to God Himself in and through the Word.
Listen as Geoff preaches & provides 4 ways to stand strong & follow God in your life.
"Final Words of Pastoral Encouragements to a Faithful Church!"
In this sermon, Pastor Geoff concludes the expository series through the Book of Philippians and shows how Paul bids farewell to the congregation with 2 heart-warming pastoral encouragements:
1) Greet Every Saint!
2) Remember God's Grace!
Listen to how Paul elaborates on these two important features that should be present in every church.
Pastor Geoff continues the exposition through the Book of Psalms and teaches Psalm 77 on how to have God-Saturated Thinking. The question that the psalm poses is this: "In the troubles of today, how do you find hope and strength for tomorrow?"
The psalm answers the question by directing our focus off of self and on to God and His faithful, supreme, glorious character.
In this psalm, Pastor Geoff preaches through the text and shows how David had enemies who sought to kill him. Meanwhile, David's friends encouraged him to flee to the mountains for safety and refuge.
But David chose to find his refuge in God, to meditate on God's utter Kingship. His perspective led him to dwell on the thought that God will one day destroy the wicked with fire & brimstone but the righteous/upright man will see the face of God!

"Finding Hope in the Dark Despair [Depression] of Your Soul!"
Pastor Geoff preaches this 8-verse stanza (kaph in Hebrew) that deals with the dark despair of the soul. The psalmist battles many enemies who persecute him, they pursue his life, they set traps for him, his body wastes away, and he is emotionally in turmoil.
Nevertheless, God shows two towering ways to cope with the dark despair of the soul (=commonly called 'depression' today):
1. Commit yourself to fervent prayer
2. Resolve wholly to cling to Scripture
Listen to this teaching that incorporates biblical counseling, the sufficiency of Scripture, and the hope that is found in Christ and in His sovereign love.
"Finding the Will of God? Biblical Clarity Needed!"
Pastor Geoff preaches on "Finding the Will of God for your Life." This is a common question that pastors often receive: "What's God's will?" Which decision should I make? Whom should I marry?
Should we know God's will for the future? How do we find it? Should we?
Deuteronomy 29:29 provides great clarity for it teaches us about TWO wills of God -- the (1) decretive (sovereign) will; and the (2) preceptive (revealed) will laid forth in Scripture.
We are not to know the decretive/sovereign will because it's "hidden" and "Secret". But we are to know and follow and obey the revealed will of God in the Scriptures.
Then pastor Geoff provides 6 questions to help guide you through the decision making process of life.
"Five 'How-Tos' So You Can Reflect Christ in Your Walk"
Pastor Geoff exhorts the young people at CCC to live lives of sexual purity. God commands sexual purity. Pastor Geoff gives practical reasons for pursuing sexual purity, how to pursue sexual purity, and how to change when caught and addicted to a sexual sin. Listen to this exposition of 1 Corinthians 6:18-20.
In this sermon, Pastor Geoff exposits through Joshua 20 — the cities of refuge that God designated for those who killed others unintentionally — and he shows how we are all guilty before God and in need of an ultimate refuge to save from God's wrath.
Listen to pastor Geoff give a passionate evangelistic call from Revelation 6 as he talks about the future judgment of God which will come upon all the unrepentant. Be saved from the wrath of the one who sits on the throne & from the wrath of the Lamb! Flee to Jesus Christ for salvation!
This sermon expounds Mark 1:16-20 when Jesus walks by the Sea of Galilee and calls two sets of brothers -- Simon & Andrew and then James & John, the sons of Zebedee.
MAIN POINT - Jesus demonstrates his authority by summoning 5 men to be DISCIPLES and SOUL-WINNERS.
1. You are CALLED to follow Christ!
2. You are COMMISSIONED to fish for souls!
This message looks at many parallels between casting the net for fish & fishing for souls! What is the believer's duty and call? What is our ambition? How can you evangelize? What can you do to fish for souls? How can we make it our ambition to "win more souls" to Jesus Christ?
