Pastor Geoff preaches Isa 40 on the streets of St Louis & teaches on the attribute of God's self-existence -- God depends on nothing and no one for life and for existence. He is perfectly self-sufficient & self-sustaining in and of Himself.

Geoffrey R. Kirkland
Pastor Geoff preaches Luke 9:1-10a on Christ's calling and commissioning of the 12 Apostles to do ministry in the Galilee area. In this message, Geoff shows how to properly interpret this unit (the narrative genre) and he shows what are the marks/characteristics of a true Apostle thus showing that all of the Apostles ceased in the 1st century (with all the miraculous, apostolic, sign-gifts).
But in this text, 5 helpful truths come to light for all Christians since all believers are ministers of the new covenant and we are called to be ambassadors for Christ to take His gospel to all the nations.
Listen to these 5 helpful truths to guide you through your life of ministry.
Pastor Geoff describes the 'pulpit' of the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus did not preach this in a large cathedral or at a church conference. He preached this in the open air with masses of crowds that had gathered around Him.
"The Servant of the LORD & the Gospel that Saves: The Substitutionary Atonement of Jesus Christ"
Pastor Geoff preaches through Isaiah 53 to prepare for the Lord's Supper. In this sermon, he walks through the chapter and provides FOUR ways to remember Jesus Christ in preparation for Communion.
Jesus Christ died as the atoning, wrath-bearing sacrifice in the place of His people.
Pastor Geoff preaches through this Olivette Discourse (since Jesus preached it on the Mt of Olives) as he answered the disciples' question about when the Temple will be destroyed, what the signs will be of His coming and of the end of the age.
This first sermon deals with Jesus' answer of the 'signs that will come' that lead to the end (vv.5-19).
"The Signs of the End: Jerusalem's Destruction: A Foreshadow of the End!"
Pastor Geoff preaches on the next unit in this 'end-times' discourse that Jesus gives to His disciples on the Mt of Olives (see parallels in Matt 24-25 and Mark 13). In this sermon, Jesus speaks of when the stones will fall from the Temple and not be left upon one another.
Jesus answers the question of "when" the temple will be destroyed here in 21:20-24. It is a severe, divine, just, and swift punishment -- for sin. It occurs because Israel did not recognize the day of God's visitation (in Christ).
But all of this foreshadows, it pictures, it points to a coming day of ultimate vengeance not with human armies, but with God's Son when Christ returns in power & glory to judge the world for its unrighteousness!
Flee to Christ! Be saved from divine wrath! There's safety only in Him!
Pastor Geoff preaches on the simple gospel -- the clear gospel -- from one verse in 2 Timothy 1 -- that God has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace!
Pastor Geoff preaches the saving gospel of Jesus Christ at the Sunshine Ministry homeless shelter in downtown St Louis. In this message, he pleads with the men to trust in Christ and believe in this simple gospel to be saved from eternal wrath.
Pastor Geoff preaches on the waywardness and sinfulness of ancient Israel and how we today have also committed sins in our hearts. The plea is for all men to turn from sin and flee to Jesus Christ for forgiveness!
Tom Rayborn open air preaches the gospel from Genesis 6 and shows how great the sinfulness of man is and yet he calls all men and women to turn from sin and flee to Jesus Christ for refuge and safety from the coming wrath!
"The Sin of Pride: Its Folly, Its Root, Its Consequences"
Pastor Geoff preaches on the account of King Uzziah of Judah -- and his sin of pride. This sermon explains the root of pride (the heart), the devastating consequences of pride, and how to mortify pride & replace it with humility.
Pastor Geoff continues the verse-by-verse exposition through the Gospel of Luke and preaches on this final phase of Christ's trials before Pontius Pilate.
Pilate affirms that Jesus is innocent. The Jews roar for the murderer, Barabbas, to be released and for Jesus to be crucified. Pilate caves and capitulates to the shouts of the crowd and hands Jesus over to be scourged and crucified.
"The Son of Man's Loving Work in Suffering in Your Place"
In this sermon, Pastor Geoff begins the concluding song of 'eternal security' and shows how Paul raises 3 legal challenges to eternal security -- who could oppose me? who could accuse me? who could condemn me?
All of these answers show that the work of God in salvation cannot be undone by anyone or anything. God's gift of salvation is secure!
"The Song of Eternal Security: The Love of God & Love of Christ!"
In this sermon, Pastor Geoff concludes the exposition through Romans 8 and he provides five compelling proofs why a believer can never lose his salvation. Salvation is secure, eternal, unfading, and preserved by God.
Listen to this sermon & be comforted in the mighty power of God!
Pastor Geoff exposits Isaiah 25 -- and in the context this is the song of praise for the future, earthly Kingdom when messiah will reign for 1,000 years.
We can study and apply this chapter in 2 ways:
1. PRAISE GOD for the coming kingdom.
2. CONSIDER THE EFFECTS of the coming kingdom.
"The Song of the Redeemed & the Preparation for the 7 Bowl Judgments"
In this Revelation 15 message, Pastor Geoff shows how this chapter serves as the introduction to Revelation 16 -- the seven bowl judgments that God will dispense near the conclusion of the future-seven-year Tribulation period. This chapter, however, speaks of the Redeemed in heaven and how they are singing to & praising God (nearly all their phrases come directly from Old Testament scriptures).
