In this podcast, Pastor Geoff pleads with God: O GOD, give us Josiah’s…
Here are 8 reasons why we can plead with God for more Josiah-like leaders (from 2 Chron 34):
in Leadership of Integrity
In Humility of Repentance
in Obedience to Scripture
in Prioritizing of Worship
in Heralding the Truth
In Standing amidst Opposition
in Zeal of Youthfulness
to Glorify the Son
This portion of Psalm 119 (vv.113-120, the Semekh stanza) deals with the psalmist who finds comfort and support from God and His Word while he lives amongst the wicked -- and while the wicked hound him and ridicule him.
The resolve of the psalmist to lean on God, to hope in God, and in loving God's Word provide remarkable lessons for us today so that we would endure as we live amongst evildoers.

"Older Women Must Teach Younger Women in The Church"
Pastor Geoff preaches Titus 2 in this expository sermon. He carefully works through each word in the text:
1. The older women and what they must do
2. The younger women and biblical womanhood.
Note the older women must *teach* -- encourage, disciple, instruct, admonish -- the young women to know and live out biblical womanhood virtues as Paul describes them in vv.4-5.
"One Great Day in the Life of a Bad King: King Abijah of Judah"
Pastor Geoff preaches on this wonderful passage of Scripture which reminds God's people that there ultimately is one thing necessary for us. With all the businesses and distractions of life, we must keep the main thing the main thing.
This message provides 4 simple helps so that we can remember the one thing necessary (sitting at the Lord's feet hearing His Word) amidst very busy lives.
Pastor Geoff teaches 1-6 grade chapel at WVCA on God's sovereignty in salvation. We are dead in sin until God sovereignly raises us up with Christ. This salvation is received by faith alone in Christ. This, then, results in a life of good works which God prepared beforehand for us to walk in them.
"Only Two Paths. Only Two Destinies. Only Two Options. Which Are You On?"
Pastor Geoff preaches Psalm 1 & shows how there are only two paths of life: the path of the godly & the path of the ungodly. He describes them both from the Psalm & then asks: "Which path are you on?"
In this message, Pastor Geoff preaches on David's urgent requests for God to "revive me!" (3x). This speaks of one of the greatest needs in the church today -- a sovereignly bestowed, powerful outpouring of the Spirit of God upon the people of God.
Revival is a supernatural work of God where He comes upon His people with power so that they are quickened, revived, and white-hot with love for Christ, Scripture, holiness, prayer, and the lost. This, then, affects the surrounding culture as God brings many to salvation through the proclamation of the gospel.
In this message, Pastor Geoff speaks of revival, defines it, and provides insight as to how David prayed for revival and what often attends true revival.
Pastor Geoff preaches to the CFBC congregation & reminds them of the stunning & dazzling beauty of Christ -- who is altogether lovely.
This message presents 10 ways that Jesus Christ, the great Bridegroom, is altogether lovely & wholly desirable.
Then the message provides some application points. So what? How does the beauty of Christ affect us?
Song of Solomon 5:16 is the Bride praising & adoring her husband, Solomon, a Son of David. How much more can we the Bride of Christ praise & adore the Ultimate Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, THE Son of David!
