"How Should a True Believer React to the Word of God?"
Pastor Geoff preaches on the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ which is most certainly sure to come in the future. All who are not reconciled to God thru faith in Christ alone will be punished under His everlasting judgment.
This is a wake-up call on the streets of St Louis, MO calling all men and women to believe in Christ to be saved from coming wrath!
"A Prayer for Rescue: Preparing & Fighting Thru Spiritual Warfare!"
Pastor Geoff provides a podcast so that believers would think biblically & accurately about spiritual warfare. We do not want to FORGET we're in a war. Nor do we want to FEAR that we're in a war. Rather, we must FIGHT as soldiers of Christ -- hiding in Him and in His righteousness knowing that the victory comes from God!
Pastor Geoff preaches at the homeless shelter in downtown St Louis, MO and calls the men to behold the beauty & power of Jesus Christ and to hear His call to His Church -- to repent of sin!
Rich rewards await all those who are "overcomers." Trust in Christ and follow Him and repent of all known sin!
"The Lost Son, Part 1: The Breathtaking Love of God!"
Pastor Geoff preaches on the well-known story of the "Prodigal Son" and shows that the hero of the story is not the younger, Prodigal son, nor is it the older brother. Rather, the hero is God Himself -- pictured as the loving and gracious and joyful father in this story who receives back penitent sinners.
This message covers the downward spiral of the Prodigal into sin and the full repentance that he demonstrated.
Listen to this message.
"Expository Preaching Class: Session 5: Components of a Sermon"

always preaching the gospel
Pastor Geoff explains the biblical gospel in a few minutes in this excerpt. The point is that the gospel is God's work in pouring out His wrath upon God the Son on the cross. He crushed His son for my sin on the cross.
And we are declared righteous through faith in Christ by virtue of His righteousness that is reckoned to us.
Pastor Geoff continues the verse-by-verse exposition thru the Gospel of Luke and teaches on the parable of the Lost Coin. In this story, as with the other parables in Luke 15, the theme centers on the happy joy of God over one sinner who repents!
This message looks at the story that Jesus told of the lost coin and the message concludes with an 'excurses' (a mini bible-study) on joy in heaven.
Pastor Geoff speaks to the importance of men of God having others who hold them accountable. It is vital that men of God have others who love them enough to walk with them, speak truth into their lives, reprove them when they've sinned, and help walk with them in confession, repentance, mortification, and obedience.
"Expository Preaching Class: Session 4: Crafting the Outline"
Pastor Geoff speaks to the issue of how to train leaders and how pastors can do this well and effectively in the local church. This is vital for obedience to Christ and for the well-being of the local church.
Pastor Geoff preaches at the very busy 4th of July Fair in St Louis, Missouri as 1,000's walk by to head to the Fireworks. We proclaim Christ & call men and women to consider eternity, their souls, and we plead with them to turn from sin & trust in Christ!
Pastor Geoff teaches on the parable of the 'lost sheep' -- and shows how this is an indictment against the Jewish leadership of the day since they couldn't be further from the heart of God that rejoices when God's people are saved in Christ.
But it also shows the great joy that God has when He seeks and saves His lost ones!
